HI there, when do guppies become mature enough to breed.
I heard it can be from 2 weeks old onwards.

Both are sexually mature at about 3 months, but females will not typically be able to hold a pregnancy full term until they are about 6 months. This is my experience, anyway.

Guppies at 2 weeks are still pretty much fry. AkarI seems to have a good time frame for maturity. Not all fish are the same but that's a pretty good general Idea of when they can breed.

It also depends on the strain. Some earlier than others.

Personally I don’t know of any fish the is mature at two weeks old. Heck I can’t even sex them that young. My male guppies start following the females around after a few months but I don’t think they can breed yet but that is my guess. I know the females I care for have never produced any fry before they are six months and then they normally only have just a few fry. After about 8 to 10 months they are fully grown and can produce larger groups of fry about every 28 days.
