I am sorry that your fish is sick. It could be some kind of fungus or some kind of growth. Does it have a hard time eating?

This fish is very sick and in fact dieing. As in so many cases in my opinion it is DGD.

That's quite long for incubation of this terrible virus and I can be wrong.
But it shape and the sores around its mouth is seen in other cases.
I am afraid it is quite far gone (sorry).

My rasboras have some fungus growth on them also, it looks different than this. Should I use Jungle fungus clear on them? If I do, I will only be using half of the tablet (1 tablet treats 10 gallons) the rasboras are in a 5 gallon bucket, the gourami is in a 10 gallon tank. Could I use the other half of the tablet in his tank?.. Even if you don't think it will help?

Here's some more pictures, it looks like it is changing by the hour..

It looks more like "skin" (scales?) now than it did before.. It's hard to tell in the pictures
The only differences I've found in behavior are:
Going to the top more often
Swimming slower than normal

He has the same interest in food, and eats fine..

Edit: I Dissolved a small amount of API aquarium salt and put it in the tank (about 1 teaspoon)

I don't know what else to say, except I am sorry I don't know what to do. If it were me I would try and put him in a hospital tank and use some Paragurad. Sorry I just got the part where your rasboras have fungus on them. I would treat the whole tank with either Paragurad or Kanaplex. But that's just me.

Good Luck and I am very sorry about your fish!

I don't have either of those, and it's a 30 min trip to my "lfs" so I don't think I can go get any
All that I have is API aquarium salt, Jungle fungus clear, and betta fix..
The 10 gallon is the Qt tank, he was originally in a 55 gallon.

Maybe if you can try and order some from eBay. Those meds are always good to have on hand. I have all kinds of different meds on hand and even though I have hardly had to use them(I am very grateful and lucky) if something were to happen I would be ready to handle the problem.

I found them both on petmountain. They should be here in 5-7 days
Are there any other medications you suggest to get? (It doesn't have to be for this particular situation)

If you have the jungle fungus clear tabs I would start with that. It may help, and would be the best bet of what you have on hand.

I have on hand jungle fungus, AQ salt, epsom salt, kanaplex, paraguard, and prazipro.

I don't think he's going to make it through the night.. He's not swimming anymore and a can't see him breathing.. I touched him with a net and he moved a little, but it's not looking good.
