    What are your water conditions?
How long have you had him?
Did he look healthy before you got him?
What were conditions in the water he was in before?
    How did you acclimate him?

... not sure what my conditions are but I do my weekly 25% water change yesterday, I've had him for about 5-6hours... and I brought him from a fish store so no idea what the water is like there, and yes I did acclimate him, I kept him in the bag for about 20-30 mins while adding a small amount of my aquarium water every 10 mins

I brought two and the one is fine :s

How long has your tank been set up? How long have you had the other Angel?

It's not looking good for him I'm sorry to say...

You need to test your water. That's a pretty short acclimation, but if he was healthy before it implies shock from insufficient acclimation.

    Also, You're from GB/AU/NZ?
