I'm looking for a CO2 system that works and consistent for a 15 gallon that is preferably long lasting. I’m currently using the Fluval 20gram pressurized CO2 system that i’ve replaced with a ceramic diffuser and bubble counter. But I would like to replace it with a better system due to it stopping for some reason after it has run for a few hours.

I’ve seen people use paintball tanks and soda stream but i’ve got no idea what regulator to use for them.

Are you able to use a 5 pound CO2 tank?
I’ve thought about it, but I don't have any space for it where it won't be seen without being too obvious
