I have 3 types of cichilid pellets available for feeding my malawi tank.

Hikari Cichlid gold
HBH Cichlid Attack
Top Fin Pellets (standard)

What would you reccomend?

Good morning,

If you already have the 3 on hand then I would suggest to use all 3. Give them some variety. No need to waste it

Every morning I feed several different types of food. Pellets, sticks, wafers, fresh veggies.

I probably wouldn't choose any of those for Malawi Mbuna, just because of the protein content. IMO Mbuna should have more veggies in their diet. I'd try a "veggie flake" formula if you can find one, and you can feed nori sheets or fresh veggies with a veggie clip.
