What would you put in a 150G tank?
lol that's true, but I'm sure it was worth it.
That's a shame
But it will give you more time to plan, etc. Jumping straight in with your first tank being a 150 gallon marine setup would take a lot of forward planning and researching. Stick with the three gallon bucket for now, eh?
It could have been better. You think I'd have left enough for more than a bucken at least!
Where have you been LexiMomy?
lol sorry, weve had so many problems lately its not even funny..... my hubby shure picked the best dog for lexi. hes just a little puppy so when he plays he likes to nip, so we have been trying to break that, we are taking him to a puppy pre k training class on saturday to see if there's anything else we can do. also hes scraches the **** out of everyone.... so I just ordered these "soft paws" they are soft caps that go on the dogs nail so he won't scratch, my friend has them on hers and it just feels like an erasor on your skin...so....
but basically with cole at work all day and the dog not trained yet, ive been really busy....
the bad thing is that until we get whiskey trained savanah can't really play on the floor unless hes sleeping or in his crate....
so that's where ive been
lol not to mention ive been sick...so....lol
Wow! I got you sick all the way over there? lol Maybe I passed it on through these messages lol. New computer virus alert! ahahahahahaha
lol that's great..... my kids finally went to sleep and I never have any time to myself anymore...I miss my tea time! I used to have about 30 min to an hour every other night to myself with a good book a nice cup of paradise tea and half a dogoba hemp chocolate bar......I miss that SOOOO much!!!!!!
Oh hunny! UH UH! You gotta make time for your self EVERY day, uh hmm! (with a tripple snap!)
(rotfl I don't know where that came from. I don't talk like that btw! lol)
lol I hope not..... I want time to relax so bad! I don't even know how I'm running right now...my husbands not doing much in the way of helping right now, so I feel sicker than I really am I guess.... anyways....I had an idea..... when you do water changes, I know your suposed to let the water set for a little while before hand, but if you put your filter in the container holding the new water, will that help the water cycle faster and be safer for your fish when you add it? or would it just harm the system of your tank?
Actually you're supposed to let it sit for at least a day in advance. As for siphoning it in to the tank with the filter, i'm not sure. I was thinking of doing the same thing though, easier for me and hopefully for the fish too.
Ah, blond minds do think a like, don't we? lol
Hey! Check out my "4 Different Cycles" in Miscellaneous Salt Water Topics
lol I just did..... I probley got it wrong though....lol
lol I know your suposed to let it sit...mean doing the filter thing in adition to letting it sit.....that way it can get the good stuff in and the bad stuff out....
have you ever seen that movie knocked up?
I don't think so, I was thinking Fools Rush In, but, no, I don't think so.
Ahem! You started your salty already?
lol no! I would never do that without telling you...lol why would you think that?
Oh... "I just did" was a reply to the 4 Different Cycles thread! I thought you meant you had just poured in the mix! HA!
lol ok sorry! I think I confused myself also on that one!
Wow! If you're confusing yourself, you're blonder than I am! lol
