Alright I have heavily stocked my 29 gallon with plants. I was wondering what would be a great liquid fertilizer that will not help algae grow or cause any health problems for my fish?

Seachem Flourish Comprehensive is a great all round fertiliser. A lot also depends on the plants you have and whether they are root feeders or water column feeders.

Algae is caused by imbalances between CO2, nutrients and lighting.

yes, Tom Barr has proven that excess nutrients do not cause algae (Google EI dosing + Tom barr). Again, Algae means that you have an imbalance in CO2, ligting, and Nutrients.

They are roots feeders.

There are a lot more plants in it than this pic has. I have added since.

Flourish Comprehensive is good for all plants as every plant will absorb some nutrients from the water. Root feeding plants, just absorb more from the roots. So if you have root feeders then some root tabs would be great around those plants in particular. Seachem makes good root tabs.
