What Will Take Out My Bladder Snail Problem?

Looking for something friendly that will take out my bladder snails or at least the new babies and keep them from overtaking my tank.

I have a nerite snail, tetra, black molly, two danios, 4 amano shrimp and two cherry shrimp. I don't want anything that will kill any of those.

Feed less. The colony will collapse itself.

 

I had some hitchhikers on driftwood. I spent weeks kollikI the snails before I realized where the eggs were. I basically had to take each ornaments and plants out and search for snails and eggs. I did that and the next day I found a few more and did it agaoa but not as extensively. That was about a week ago and I have not seen anymore eggs and have found maybe 8 more snails. So it'll take work but that's how I did it. If they cone back again tbouthI an foster homing my snails and getting an assassin to get rid of them.

Yes, assassin snails will go after the nerite at some point. There are even cases of them killing large mystery snails! Removing the eggs and all the large snails you see is your best bet, IMO. I've successfully taken out an infestation by only removing all the adults I saw. Been snail free for months.

Yes I was told they would take out the nerites that's why ibhavenI gotten one yet cause I have 2 .I did find someoes to take them if need be, but I am hoping I took care of it!
