What type of algae is this?

What type of algae is this and how do I get rid of it? I have algaefix if that can help.

Do you mean the brownish stuff? It's not actually algae, it's diatoms and part of your tank coming to maturity. It only shows up in mine when the aquarium doesn't get enough light. Try leaving your lights on a bit longer in the day, or if you can afford it, a brighter light.

The stuff on the plant leaves when I rub with fingers it's not moving

Yup, use light to battle it. Goes pretty quickly. Like a week or less, in my experience.
