What To Put In A 1.6 Gallon Tank

I recently set up a 9 gallon nano tank for some pea puffers. I quickly realized I would need to set up a small tank to breed snails as my original plan to get pest snails from my LFS once a week wasn’t going to cut it.

I now have a 1.6 gallon tank for breeding snails. I am wondering if there’s anything else I can add to it. It has a filter but no heater.

and ya I agree w/ Ann Danielno fishos maybe ramshorn snails? those reproduce fast. Pest snails are creepy to me

 

Snails like bladder or ramshorn don't need a heater. They do fine at room temp.
