what to feed mollie fry

    is this right that i can feed them mollie fry crushed up flakes and also read somewhere that i can feed them veggie flakes ?

    can the mum eat these too ?

    yep any ways live bears need veggies in their diet :)

    can i also feed them chunks of cucumber or are they too young @ the moment only a few weeks old !

    Here's an easy way to feed your fry.

    All you need is:

    Flake food
    A small zip lock bag (snack size works best)
    Wooden toothpick.

    1. Pour a small amount of flakes into the zip lock bag.
    2. Remove the air from the bag and zip closed.
    3. Using your fingers, crush the flakes into tiny flakes and powder.
    4. To feed, dip the end of the toothpick into the water and lightly dry the end so that it remains fairly moist but not dripping.
    5. Dip the moist end of the toothpick into the flakes and dip them into the water.
    6. Watch the little buggers eat!

    Cucumber would be way too big. Make sure to feed a variety of flakes. And yes, veggie flakes (not crushed of course) are great for the mum too.
