What To Do With My Unwanted Golden Zebra Loach?

Fishandchips

I have a single golden zebra loach (botia histronica) and I don't think I can take care of it sufficiently.
1) They need 30-40 Gallon Minimum
2) They school in at least groups of 3
I can not fulfill either of these requirements.
additionally..
1) I have shrimps and snails that I don't want my loach eating,
2) I've noticed a lot of spontaneous injuries in smaller fish, loach in prime suspect

I really love this loach. He is full of personality and very amusing. But I know that because of the fact that my aquarium is not a good environment for him, I have to transfer/get rid of/ sell

he is just under 3" and is still growing

does anyone know of a place I could sell/get rid of? I really don't care about money, I am perfectly fine with giving away for free if anyone wants him.

I live in Milwaukee county Wisconsin

What a noble but hard choice to make.

How about posting him here on FL?
Maybe another member would can take him.

Any fish store will likely take him.

I hope he finds a good home they are very nice looking. There is always the option of a good LFS adopting him/her from you and finding it a good home

LFS would be the absolute last option (for me anyway) of course theyd probably take it, but who is going to by it from them?
Probably a parent of a screaming begging kid with a 5 gallon tank.
Definitely try other resources first and point out the nitrogen cycle. Make sure they know what it is
