What to do with my pregnant amano shrimp?

I’ve read and I was told at the store that amano shrimp need brackish water to breed. Imagine my surprise this morning, while I was drinking my coffee looking at my tank, I saw my amano fanning her eggs (picture provided). I have a 7gallon Diane Walstad tank (no filters,no co2 ,no heat, etc.) freshwater. I keep it under stocked and heavy planted for it to all work by itself, and it has for the past 8 months. Now I have this pregnant shrimp and I don’t want to add any more creatures to my tank. Will the shrimp have her babies? Or do they need brackish water to survive? Or will the baby shrimp get eaten by my guppys? I just don’t know what to do and I have no space in my house for another tank or the time to take care of it.

You do have an amano with eggs and they will hatch and thats as far as it will go they will float to the surface but will not be able to morph because they need brackish water and for us to take it to the next level is very complicated and only a few achieved, your guppy will enjoy them

That’s great to hear. I don’t even want to try to breed them and I’ve read that it’s very difficult.im happy to just look at them. So I’d this something females will do from time to time? Just release the eggs? I thought none of that was possible in fresh water...

Yeah amano only breed in brackish water. That's weird. And certainly looks like an amano shrimp... Maybe the eggs won't hatch? Like the nerite eggs

OK then every now and then they will breed and they will hatch and stay alive for up to 48 hrs this happens in fresh water in the wild and once hatched the rivers take them to brackish water where they are allowed to morph i have 4 berried at the moment

Ok, I get it now. That’s why they say they won’t breed in fresh water. Thanks for clearing that up for me. They’ll make the guppies happy every now and than with the fresh food supply.
