What To Do with male molly?

Ok so I have 11 beautiful adult Molly fish and who knows how many equally beautiful molly fry. 3 are, for sure, males (can't tell with the babies yet) and 1 seems to be chasing the other 2 around causing all kinds of trouble. Won't let them near any of the females and really torments my dalmatian molly to no end, he is the youngest. Well I've moved my 11 guppies that were living in my 55 gallon tank with them into my other tank they seem very happy now, never saw it happen but I think the male in question was messing with them cause they always stayed at the surface or were hiding. What should I do about the male? I don't have any other tanks and it seems wrong to put him in the little plastic box.

 

Well mollies get 4 inches and your putting them with 1.5" fish! Are the guppies all males or females?

Just to let you know guppies and mollies can hybridize.

 

They breed together?! Poor guppies! No wonder they were freaked out! They were a mix with only 2 are male. But I'm more worried about what to do wit the aggressive

Right now he is in a breeder box whole I try to figure out what to do. He is one of my favorite molly fish, he is black with tiny white dots, you would think it was ich but its not. Is there any way of making him not so aggressive towards the others? I thought adding more females would help settle him down cause they need to be 1 male to 3 females right? Well that doesn't seem to be working.
