Hi, both are water column feeders so attaching them to rocks or wood is best, don’t bury the rhizome or it will rot.
You can use super glue, or fishing line or cotton to attach them

I heard you can bury the anubias nana roots.
You actually can do that. Just make sure to only bury the roots and leave the rhizome exposed. This can even be done to java fern with their stringy brown roots, just make sure the rhizome isn't covered. They're both more commonly attached to other decorations instead.
