What to do with a bad transhipper?

The seller is switching transhippers because he's had so many complaints about her, actually. I won't be buying anything that has to be shipped through her again. I can wait until he finds someone new lol.

I mean I knew it wouldn't be great given my past experience with a fish shipped through her, but I didn't think it would be as bad as it was.

What she said! That's why I posted my thread looking for experience with other transshippers, actually. And I can vouch for the fact that shipments through Linda went smoothly up until about six months go. This particular seller actually has to piggyback on other breeders shipments, hence why it's more complicated than just telling customers to use a different transshipper.

As a business owner, every other business that I deal with has to meet my standards, because my clients have an expectation that I have to meet. I can't tell my clients that it's somebody's fault that I chose to get in between me and them.

In my business, fool me once and that's all you get. There are no second chances, there are no excuses.

I am sorry that you have to deal with this but hopefully no one else on this forum will use this seller until he changes how his products are delivered.

Have you noticed, and this is very telling, no one has come into this discussion and said, "hey, but I had a good experience with her." No one in all these related threads.
