What to betta type to breed next?

I already have the cow's babies. Sadly, Snow White is missing along with Violet and my unnamed CT girl. I am suspicious someone stole them as there is no sign of bodies(you'd think there would bones/bodies if they were dead).
What would you breed next?
Koi HMPK
Yellow HM
Double tail
CT of some sort
I have 2 open tubs, ready for growout

 

Are these in the pond? Being that you live in Florida I'd be more suspicious that they were eaten. Frogs, crayfish, raccoons, cats, birds, etc etc. Do dragonfly larvae eat small fish? They sure as heck bite!

 

No, they were in my sorority tank. We just got back from vacation and last time we left I had 2 missing fish as well.

I think you should do double tails, and use your new guy. I suggest for you next vacation to get a nanny cam and place it in your room, that way if someone does steel a fish they get caught. I'm sorry you lost so many fish.

Haha that is a lot of fish! It sounds like a dream... I'm planning on breeding some fish as well(maybe, and I say maybe as I still need to do a ton of research, Betta Imbellis) and I'd get good quality ones. I may or may not go on a vacation and I'd need some people to watch the fish and take care of the food, upon other things. So I'd probably get something like this-

It's kind of expensive, but it's supposed to record for a long time and you can watch it live as well. And since yours is only in one room, one should be enough. When you start breeding you'll have too show who your breeding! I love your dark blue and black betta, he's so gorgeous. I bet you could get some takers for his fry if you decide to breed him.

Oh that will be some gorgeous fry! You defiantly need to keep us updated on it! No problem, it was actually your posts that made me think about it, because you don't know who that person is and what they are capable of. So, I figured it would be a good idea to have some cameras around to keep an eye out. Glad I helped a little though. By the way, I've wanted to ask this, what betta is your profile picture of if you don't mind me asking?

The one in my avatar(the yellow one) was my little bud named Kevin. All was well until I found him at the bottom of his tank gasping. It was determined that he most likely had a heart attack or something similar. I miss him, he was a special little dude. My profile(orange and blue) was my buddy named rainbow, he died at around 1 1/2 years, but he was from Walmart.

Kwig, sort of. I suspect my pet sitter to be the culprit, the last few times I've went away I've had missing fish.

 

Sorry you lost them, I don't see Rainbow(almost always on the app), but Kevin is so beautiful and I bet Rainbow is too. Thank you for telling me, I remember some of my fish that I miss as well. Like Frylita, my first fry, she is a beauty, but no longer here. My they all S.I.P.
