What stuff do I need for a 10 gallon betta tank?

So I am thinking about getting another 10 gallon tank and splitting it between 2 bettas (whom I have already, in tanks too small for them). I have a sponge filter I could put in there, heater, air pump, substrate, live plant cuttings, decor, and since I have other tanks I have food, water conditioner, net, siphon. What else do I need?

Awesome! Then I have almost everything I need! That makes it much easier (and cheaper )
