It appears to be a female Pelvicachromis silviae, which used to be known as affinis subocellatus.

The true P. kribensis is a fish that we used to think was one of the P. taeniatus from Cameroon, and the females of that species have purple abdomens, not red. If preceding poster was trying to say it was P. pulcher, the "common Krib", that is also incorrect, due to the yellow coloration on the head and dorsal.
