What size do male Pearl Gouramis start showing colors?

Just purchased four Pearl Gouramis in my 90 gallon tank. They appear to be adjusting quite well....mostly hanging out on top but will go the middle section of the tank.

They are approximately 1.5 inches long and all four have no underbelly color like males are supposed to have.

Generally at what size (age) do the males start to color up so I can tell what I have?

    Thanks

If I 'me not mistaken they show very little red until they are in breeding mode. One of my favorite fish!
