What should I feed my Rainbow Shark

I have a Rainbow Shark in a 36 gallon Bow front freshwater and I’m curious to know what Rainbow sharks eat. I had him for a little more than a month, I’m not sure if he eats my Corys catfish pellets or the vegetable wafers. But it seems like he is eating something. Any suggestions what feed him in general?

 

Omega One Cichlid super color sinking pellets are a good all around
food for most fish. I'm sure your Rainbow Shark would benefit from it.

Rainbow sharks enjoy a fair bit of veggies in their diet as well, they're omnivores. Mine always loved the Sera spirulina tabs that you just stick to the glass inside the tank. My rainbow would spend a lot of time nibbling at it and trying to defend it from the tetras - of course, the tetras still got plenty of it as they were faster and also snagged up the pieces that the rainbow shark would break off and not eat.
