What should I feed amano shrimp??

Hello, I got an Amano shrimp last week and I am figuring out what should I feed them I tried feeding them shrimp food but they won't bother it. Can someone please help me??

Try a piece of Zucchini or spinach, something like that. Mine eat everything. Fish food, shrimp wafers, bloodworms.

Do you have a lot of algae that they are grazing on?

Is there something else in the tank that they might be scared off?

I only have 2 guppies
I do not have lots of algae

Shrmps can find something to eat around the tank quite easily, specially if you have live plants. If you can't get them to eat anything you offer, go and get some live plants asap. Any live plants will do, as long as they are something you can deal with. Most stem plants are really easy to care for, and grow in any substrate without much hassle. Shrimp find lots of food growing on live plants, including any damaged or dead leaves etc. and you can see them grazing there a lot of time of the day. Those same plants also help to keep your tanks water healthy and stable.
