What should I do now?

I tried to get these pictures as clear as I could but the colors are lighter in person. But anyway, I’m kinda stuck, not sure how many wks this tank has been cycling but it doesn’t seem to have any ammonia and nitrate is around 0.25ppm. Should I do a water change or add more ammonia (I’ve been using fish food and there are live plants in there. No fish)

I wouldn't do a water change yet. Continue adding a small pinch of fish food daily until the nitrites drop to zero. This tells us you have grown enough ammonia eating bacteria to keep the ammonia level down to zero. Now you just need to grow enough nitrite eating bacteria to get and keep it at zero.
