What Order Should I Add These?

Here is what I plan on stocking in a 180 Reef.
I would like to know what order I should stock these in.
Also, I wanted to know if I should start out with corals and add fish or do a FOWLR and transition to a reef.
So just order like adding Regal first then maybe Eel last or something.
So I was thinking something like this Example

I did not know there was going to be something wrong with the Angels and Wrasses...
I would ok with just having a Leopard Wrasse, but are you sure the dwarf angels wouldn't do good in a 180? I think the bigger angels such as the Regal and Swallows should be fine since they are pretty shy and peaceful.

I had a big 150 gallon reef tank and I struggled to keep 2 dwarf angels from fighting. I also think you're severely over stocked. Saltwater fish need a lot more space than fresh water fish, they also get a lot larger.

Just to give you an idea that 150 gallon reef tank only had about 10 fish, some of those fish were really small too. You're talking some big fish and big predators. You also have some fish in there that do prefer to school so adding more of those is versus more types of fish in general is going to be much better long term.

Most often people pick 1 type of angel, 1 type of wrasse, and stock from there. You'll also want to consider when looking at wrasse and angels as you mention the possibility if wanting reef later. Most angels and wrasse are not reef safe. Triggers also aren't often considered reef safe either, some are okay others will destroy your reef and eat all your inverts

Ok, thank you! I will see what I can change about this but thanks! Also, I am pretty sure the eel has rounded teeth used for crushing shells. But thank you!
