What Light For These Plants?

It's a 5.5 gallon tank, the lid is just some cling wrap so it's not pretty, but hey, light goes through.
I'm looking at getting a red tiger lotus, red ludwigia, and Cryptocoryne wendtiI red.
I'm also open to suggestions for more red plants! Currently I just have some flourish comp, but I'll be getting some Thrive to go along with a new light.
I would love a light that is $20-30 but still grows these plants decently fast. As cool as the fluval lights look, I can't justify spending $80 on like a 12" light

If you want red plants, you’ll need high light, with high light, you’ll need fert dosing and co2(excel might work.) to avoid a tank of algae. If you don’t want to spend money on a good light, how about using a dome light fixture with a 6500k cfl bulb. The tiger lotus is going to grow massive and the crypt red isn’t red, it’s more bronze. How about crypt flamingo? It’s more on the pink side but it is also more demanding and expensive than regular crypts due to the color.

Great info, thank you!
I've never done co2 before, and I'd be hesitant to attempt it on such a small tank, especially because there's no aeration.
I've also heard some nasty things about excel, but I do understand that it is a balance between lights, ferts, and co2 to get stability.
I'm honestly okay with a bit of algae, especially because I'll be adding in some amanos and more snails.
Thank you for the cfl bulb, I'll definitely be looking into that!
The flamingo crypt is gorgeous! I'm still rather new to plants, I've only done the beginner ones so far, so even though it's a little off color, I'd like to stay with the hardier one.
I'm mainly trying to get colors to complement my betta, who's green, and since everyone says red fish and shrimp complement green plants, I'm hoping the reverse is true, lol.

Do you think that any of these lights would be as good as the bulb you suggested?

Its 7500 Kelvin and 380 lumen... But I have no idea what that really means. Is kelvin the color one?

I have heard some good things about the beamswork one, but I've never owned an "actual" plant light.
Thanks in advance

The beamswork would be the best light out of all of them. I have never owned any of those lights but with the beamswork, it should be good enough to grow most plants since the tank is only a 5 gal. 7500k is the color temperature and Lumens is how we can see the light.
