What kind of tetra is this...?

Hi all,

I can't remember what kind of tetra this is. I have two. They aren't albino but they are transparent. Long fins. They don't quite match up with photos I've seen. Any thoughts? Thanks!

 

Looks like a white skirt to me.

 

Not a typical white skirt. Rather a leucistic long-fin black skirt. (Both skirts are the same species anyway.)
