Ive included pics, Ive noticed she has a whit spot on her head. It appears like scales are missing. It doesn’t look fluffy or like it is growing at this point. But i am wondering if anyone has any ideas what it may be. She is still swimming and feisty as ever.

Looks like you might have columnaris on your hands. Add garlic to their food to boost their immune system. I would also quarantine since this is very contaigouse. Lastly, put in some kanaplex to help with the disease. this can be a very bad disease, so it's important that you treat it fast.

Should I treat the entire aquarium since they have all been together for quite sometime?

You can't say for certain that it is columnaris - it could be many things.

Since she's acting normally and that's the only symptom, I personally wouldn't throw meds at it, but instead just watch her and wait.
