What is wrong with my gourami!

Posted about this over a week ago but go nowhere really. Basically have had pearl gourami for over 4 years. About 3 weeks ago I noticed little white flecks on his scales but thought nothing of it. Has now progressed aggresively and looks like he has sores all over his body. He isnt eating and immobile at the water surface.

Anyone any idea how I cure this please?

If the flecks look like table salt. It's possible your gourami has ich.

Still no diagnosis and fish has deteriorated.

    Could it be fish flukes?
