Could you get a closer picture maybe? Could be fungal. You can do methelyne blue baths or use a med like seachem paraguard. Worked well for me when my Goldie had fungus.

Tank size? Water parameters? What do you use to test the water? Tank temperature? Tank mates? How long have you had the tank? What filter do you use? Better pictures would help

Sorry for all the questions!

My tank is a 20 gallon, the pH is 7.2 every thing else 0, the temp is 72 (my house temperature), the only mate is a medium sized pleco, I used a filter that came with the tank.

Okay so the tank isn’t cycled? Also is it a 20 long or 20 high? I recommend you do methylene blue baths and see if that helps. Kanaplex is also a good medication.

I meant to say I use a a filter that came with my tank kit. It’s a 20 high.

If I'm seeing the white spots correctly, it just looks like some damage to the rays. If they get hurt/cut, they end up looking like that.
What kind of decor do you have? Goldfish are really good at scraping off scales, believe me, but they do regrow, and most of the time they're the same color.

I have just a few plants In the tank because most decorations at the pet store don’t have holes big enough for my fish to fit in loll

That's good. Do any of the plants have sharp edges or anything? One of mine is especially gifted, she scraped some of her scales off on an entirely smooth rock
