I have a tank of cherry shrimp and mystery snails and noticed something on the inside of the tank today. I am not exactly sure what it is as I am new to this hobby. Any help would be appreciated

i would say pest snail such as pond/bladder or ramshorn snail eggs?

edit: mystery snails lay their eggs in a clutch above water, but the pest snails lay just like that.
i personally like the remshorns, and thats what they look more like. pond are more goey clear jelly like...things lol

edit #2: fun fact = pest snails and eggs mainly hitchhike on live plants or even sometimes on fish and mystery snails ( incase you were wondeing lol)

Those are ramshorn eggs. I would remove them unless you want ramshorns in your tank. Also look around and remove the parents too
