If that is what it is, it was said messing with it could make it spread. Maybe do some research on the best ways to remove it without making it worse?

Joe's Juice and AiptasiaX are both extremely effective against aiptasia anemones and both are completely reef safe.

Also peppermint shirmp work very well but only eat small ones.

Have a coral banded shrimp would he eat it?

This ones only smal maybe a little under a half inch

CBS won't touch aiptasia (to the best of my knowledge)

Peppermint shrimp are the natural predator of aiptasia.

Lysmata vittata and Lysmata Wurdemanni are the known eaters of this pest anemone.
