It almost looks like rust spot. Maybe richiep or Blacksheep1 may have a better clue for you. Im not fluent enough in shrimp to be certain.

I agree it looks like rust spot to me as well and should be quarantined to keep a very close eye on it and to see if it gets bigger or it penetrats through the shell leaving a hole.
Rustspot is highly contagious to shrimp so keep an eye on them all,
You could take them back and voice your concerns or treat them with lavemasoile
If it is rustspot it can come away with the next molt but make sure you take the molt out.
Try and take more photos regularly if you keep them just to monitor them,

A third vote for rust spot . If it were me I’d take them all back and get a refund then go somewhere else .

If you’re keeping them qt as RichieP says.

I will remove them and take them back! I do not have them in QT. My QT tank is being cycled for a new betta and I was afraid to put shrimp in a new tank. I haven’t seen amanos as the LFS in so long I wanted to grab them when I could. Can it spread to the whole tank (fish/nerites).

It won't harm anything else except shrimp, you can treat the tank with lavemasoile if you can get it

I found the fritz expel-p, says that is the active ingredient. Will try that if I can get the Shrimp out of the tank and they won’t return them.

Before you try to catch them can you phone the store? See what the policy is , if they won’t return them , then treat them.

Oh I know! I had to move my other 20 from my old 50g to my 75g. Worked up a sweat haha! Luckily I only have 6 of these. I’m tempted to just treat this tank and be done with it i called and they will take them back but I can’t even find them.
