What Is This On Betta?

Noticed this 2 days ago and at first thought it was a piece of sand. Still there. Nothing on rest of body or any other fish. Is it one ich spot? A little big and looks more like a pimple. Opinions, please. Spot is on body. The spot on tail is just the camera.

 

Ich would be my guess. if it is anything else it may have just not gotten big enough to be identifiable.

 

Ich can start out with one spot, but if it is, there will be more no doubt in a couple days. It could be just scar tissue from a scale injury. I'd wait and see before treating or anything and keep the water clean and fresh. AND bottom clean!

Yes, I have some in the tank.

 

Yeah was waiting for a reply. Could be ICH my guppys had only two little white spots. While my female betta had 100. I used #NotSponsWishItWas Marineland ick remedy worked well but you can also raise the temp first. ( I'm sure you know about ick though lol)
