Weird. Those usually are only found in zoo aquariums! I've seen zookeepers feed 'em live worms etc.

It is a Sleeper Goby, would need a broadside view to reasonably ID. There are Sleepers native to Florida and the Gulf Coast in fresh and brackish waters, but there are also species native to central and south america, Asia, and Australia, where they get the common name Gudgeon. Some Aussie species can be very colorful.

I used to catch a lot of them in minnow traps in Florida.
