It started as a small sore and now is pretty big. I tried using a combo of melafix and pimafix. 9fb9ed645675a1b80b53a62e15748a27.jpg 056c595bccc5b49406cb3a108d7b4a3d.jpg

Looks like a sore to me.
Don't use Pima, or MelaFIX. It's referred to as "fake" medications, and doesn't do anything to the fish, or illness.

Hopefully isn't fish TB. Don't put hands in with cuts and wash them after.

    Forgot to ask, but.
    What are your water parameters?

A sore. I would be more worried about what caused it.

    Water parameters are good.
    Ammonia 0
    Nitrite 0
    Nitrate 20
It has a white center like a pimple. Everyone in the tank is docile. A few minnows, a dojo loach, a pleco, and a cobra guppy. He's isolated away from everyone else right now. For some reason he fears my phone and flares up with his uninjured side facing me so I can't get a clear pic of the sore.

Makes the room smell great Guess I wasted that money

These sores are often symptoms of DGD.

The sore is the only sign of anything wrong. He doesn't look bloated, gave me when I tried to catch him, and is never lethargic or laying on anything.
