What Is On My Betta And How Do I Proceed?

Hey all! I recently adopted another betta from the back room of Petsmart, this time with some sort of mouth fungus. His fungus was worse when he arrived at the store, and they put him on a round of pimafix, which helped him. I'm not sure if I should continue with the pimafix, since I've read it's not great for bettas. I do have some API Fungus Cure, should I use that instead or go with what the store said? The store recommended an 1/8 to 1/4 dose pimafix every couple days, as well as aquarium salt and Stress Coat. The fungus is around his mouth, and a bit on his eyes. It doesn't appear to be fuzzy, unless it is just very fine.

Sorry about the low quality pictures. I tried

Thank you for your reply! I dosed the Fungus Cure per the directions, and it has now been in the tank for 24 hours. When you used it on your bettas, how quickly did you see results or improvement?

Thank you! It's been almost a week now, and there's barely been any signs of improvement, if any. The white stuff is still there on his mouth and above his eyes. I've been wondering if perhaps this has something to do with Columnaris, and if a different treatment is needed? Other than the white stuff on his face, he is otherwise healthy; eating, being active, building bubble nests, etc.

Okay so the little medication isn’t working so you can do 1 of 2 things
1. Get some melafix and treat with that (MIGHT cure faster)
2. Countinue using the API fungus cure but also get almond leaves to put in his tank. (Better for the fish)

Sorry to be a bother about all this, I really appreciate your help.
I have considered using Furan 2 and Kanaplex, since I have both, but I want to be sure of what I'm dealing with first. I also have methylene blue, but I'm not sure it would be useful. I have heard great things about Indian Almond Leaves for bettas, but would it be okay to use with Fungus Cure or any of the other medications listed? Also, would resuming treatment with the Pimafix per the store's directions be okay as a last resort plan, should all else fail? Apparently, Kjeld was in worse condition at the store, and a couple rounds of underdosed Pimafix and occasional Melafix brought him back around. However, since it's not great for bettas, I'd rather exhaust other options first.

Just about any strong fungus cure will work. Methylene blue will actually work since it’s a strong fungus cure medicine. What size tank is he in?

Turn the heater to 80 81 if it’s not and treat with methylene blue
