edit: sorry, thought you said fish... You can't go wrong with frozen or live foods.

 

I recommend Ed's Almost Natural Fish Food especially the Color Flakes.

 

IMO, a variety of high quality foods are the healthiest and therefore would bring out the best color in your fish (and regular water changes). As far as brands go, I like Omega One and NLS the best.

Xtreme has a line of excellent foods, and they have been proven to produce better color than NLS.

 

Different fish require different foods though, so make sure you're feeding them an appropriate diet!
