I did a water change on my tank last night and this morning it looks like this!
The water is cloudy with short hair like particles and there is green stuff all over the sand!

How long do you have your tank? If it's a fairly new tank, then you might have a bacterial bloom, which is fairly common in new tanks. As for the green stuff that is accumulating at the bottom, it looks like cyanobacteria.

Have you disturbed the substrate or if any fish disturbed it? You can remove cloudy water by performing a water change.
