Hey, I know I've been posting a lot, so I apologize. I'm new to aquatics, which is the whole reason why I made a Fishlore account.
Anyways, I bought two African Dwarf Frogs last week. The worker at the store I bought them at didn't know the gender of the frogs, but I didn't really mind anyway.
I knew the males have the spot under their arms and is physically smaller than the females. One of my frogs has the spot under their arm, but is much larger than the second one. The second one is really skinny and doesn't have a spot. If the second one is female, should it be larger than the first one?
Also, the second one, has a weird humpback. Obviously, it's deformed, but seems healthy and is swimming and eating fine. I was thinking maybe it is female, but because of its deformity, it was probably difficult to compete for food back at the pet store, so maybe that's why it's skinny?
Anyway, can you guys help me out telling me their genders? Thanks!
