What Food Should I Plan For My Tank?

I am planning ahead but would like to know what I should feed when I get this tank set up.
an aprox. 23gallon with:
1dwarf gourami
10neon tetras
6 albino cories
I will not be adding all at once and will be QTing them in a ten gallon for 3 weeks adding no more than five at a time.
I would like to know what would be the best staple food for this tank/fish. I currently feed my mollies with tetramin flakes, freeze dried blood worms and have just added cucumber to their diet but don't know what would be better for the above flakes or pellets and what brand, I am thinking about omega one micro pellets but don't know if the neons would be able to eat that(in terms of size). any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also think in terms of what a petsmart might have if that is possible.

Thanks, I am terrible at understanding labels on my own food never mind fish food lol. So tetramin is an okay food for my mollies too? that is what I have been feeding them, along with freeze dried blood worms and cucumber, I am trying to grow them out some before I try to give some away. I will have to pick up some pellets and wafers before or when I get the 23 stocked. thanks again for all the help with the planning for this tank

You're welcome I saw on the other thread that you have a common pleco; just a heads up, it should reach about 1' 6". I would also recmmend moving the corydoras & the mollies to your new tank.

Actually I don't have a plec and I don't have any of the fish for the new tank yet. it currently has about 15 molly babies that I am trying to get a bit larger before I attemt to give them away, I got mollies in February for my ten gallon lets just say I don't trust the stores advice now because now I have three tanks full of mollies 43 total. and now I know that mollies should also be kept in a larger tank. I am going to try to give some to people locally before asking if any of the small pet stores near me would take some. I only have mollies at the moment..well and some snails that snuck in when I got some plants.

Feed the cories a variety of frozen foods along with a meaty pellet like shrimp pellets.
Mollies like a lot of green stuff in their diet. Algae wafers and vegetables are good.
