IMG_0261.jpg It’s in too small of a tank(5 gallon). The tank and she was given to me. I want to put her in my 10 gallon temporary and I want to stock my 10 gallon with something she is cool with but also not so boring. Like I have a African cichlid tank and I like that. I have a betta and he’s boring lol.

looks and sounds like your going to need to upgrade to a 40 breeder or a 55-75 soon. Looks like that pleco is going to get big. and your cichlid will most likely become aggressive if its in too small a tank. Just my opinion.

Ya, that fish is much too large and messy for a 10g. If that's the best you can offer, I think the best thing to do would be to rehome it.

So to answer your original question...no fish will work. You already have a huge bioload with that pleco.

No no. I have 55 gal African cichlid tank. I’m thinking to rehome them sooner or later and put pleco in there. I want to put her in the 10 gallon for now . There’s NOTHING in the 10 gallon. Thank you anyways!

They are not in a 10 gallon haha. I have a 55 they are in but I’m going to rehome them. I just want to put her in the 10 gallon for right now for more room. I wanted to put something with her but did not know what. That’s ok thou! I’ll do my research on it thanks...

She likely will get too big for the 55 as well (with a 12" depth it will make it harder for her to turn as she gets closer to full size), she will likely top out around 16" full size in an aquarium. That is not including the tail fin in the measurement, full would be closer to 18-19 if tail fin is included.
