What file location does it need to be (ex. jpg)/Size

this is so frusterating the stupid pictures always says "invaild file" when I try to upload them.

 

Are you trying to upload pictures to a post, an album or the photo contest?

If you're getting an error message or a white screen after you hit upload then the files are too large and they need to be re-sized.

jpg or gif's have worked in mine.
