I have many.....

My daughter, although now that she is 20 she has far too much attitude. And no signs of her moving out due to her health issues.

Dogs....
Lucky

Echo, quite the ham when she gets cold!

Rabbit, Mr Sniffles (he has a rabbit cold and sneezes all the time)

Parakeets, but not pictures since my last cell died

Crafts, such as knitting. Made my first pair of socks last fall.

Music

And I also enjoy being outside...gardening, bird watching, camping, traveling, etc.

Yeah, my daughter named him Mr Sniffles because of his cold once she found out that rabbits will live the rest of their short lives being sick once they catch a cold. That 2nd picture of him was just after my daughter gave him his medicine when he was at his worst. He fell asleep in her lap.

My winter time hobby & main passion is woodworking. I've built most of the furniture in my house.

In the warmer weather I do some gardening (flowers & shrubs, no vegatables) and work at keeping the lawn looking good (I aI'm for a perfect lawn, but that's a pretty lofty goal).

I also do a fair amount of reading.

But what I really love is laying in the sun, which is what I try to do evey weekend during the summer. (I even combine that with reading, so that way I can enjoy two hobbies at once)

I love reading, Music (performing mostly voice, some piano and other instruments) is my passion. Any 'string' craft, knitting, crochet, embroidery, sewing, felting etc... I'd love to get into spinning, but I'm allergic to lanolin (the natural oils on wool).

angelfish220 there are TONS of fibers to spin that aren't wool. My favorite is silk, but there's bamboo, alpaca, llama, cotton, and chances are if you can handle wool yarn you can handle processed wool because it has already undergone the scouring that gets most of the oils out.

I have a bamboo towel that is AWESOME! Its a huge bath sheet, so it makes it 5 times better lol Only down side, its *reeeeeeeally* good at holding water, and when you have to pay $1 for each wash and each dry, that really sucks LOL Its not very soft right now, because it didn't dry all the way when I washed it, so I hung it up to dry the rest of the way

I fooled around a bit with angora rabbit but really I need to get the money to get a good setup. I was using a really nice drop spindle for a while but then I moved houses and never found it unpacking What do you use?

I have a bunch of spindles. One of my favorites is just a CD with a rubber grommet in the hole and a dowel rod stuck through. Spins like a dream. I also have a KromskI Polonaise.

As Carol/Butterfly can tell you, my house is a cross between a library, a museum, a zoo, and an armory.
