What Does This Look Like? Minnow

A few of my minnows looks like this today. They was looking normal yesterday. Also a few has some small white bumps on the body almost like ich but a little bigger. What could it be?

 

I really don’t see anything. Could it be sand?

 

Hard to get a good pic but it's the red with white in it beside the eye.

 

Looks like some sort of ectoparasite.

 

Yeah I agree. Took a photo of one white little bump. Sorry for the quality it was hard enough to get that photo. Could it be gyrodactylus/skin flukes?
