    How long do you think is a reasonable life span for an impeller in a recirculation pump? How often should you expect to have to replace an impeller in a reasonable flow rate (say, 3000 L/h) good brand pump? Assuming normal maintenance?

    It can vary, depending on how you care for it and just normal wear and tear. IMO, easily up to 5 years or more, in which by then most have upgraded their tank or equipment....
