What do female bird have against feet?

I have 2 green cheek conures 4 years and 2 years old. One male (Loki) one female (Echo).
Echo will go out of her way to chase me around the room and try to bite my feet. If I'm sitting with my feet up on a footstool, she's gotta attack my feet. I would chalk this up to her being weird but our local paulmacs has an African grey that is sometimes out of her cage. She's been known to chase people's feet too. (Dont worry she never bites).

I had a male eclectis that would bite your feet Hard !
If you have shoes on nothing would happen...but flip flops or bare feet here was a attack dog.

It's just personality of the animal.

Must be. It's just weird because Echo mimics everything Loki does and Loki doesn't attack feet.
