Wow Welsh! That would be cool. Talk about a great secret language. When you're abroad with someone who also speaks Welsh, there's 1 chance in a million that people around you will understand you. I loooove secret languages. I'd love to learn some obscure asian dialect that only a handful of people speak, or an ancient language like sanskrit or something. Pleeeease pick Lit! Am a huuuuge sociology snob (it's far too interesting for anyone to get any academic credit for studying it!).
I don;t know much 'bout welsh, but learning a sceret language that souds neat.. when I was in jr high I loved to write egyption hyergl.... I don't know how to spell it!! but I hope you get my meaning.

yea.. I guess the egyptians didn't have to spell their hieryglyphs.. if that's how it's spelled.

Lol Welsh isn't much of a secret language in Wales!  I go to a welsh school and welsh was my first language didn't speak english until I was about 6/7ish when I had to learn at school. Its cool tho when u go to a foreign country tho cause u can talk about something and people can't understand you.  ;D Even if we just go to England for the weekend people still give us stinking looks lol. I've tried teaching my cousin welsh was soo funny. All she can say is "Are you eating?" in welsh and she can say the longest word/place in wales but I won't type it as its too long!  I'm thinking of taking lit over sociology seems more interesting to me even tho my sis got an A in sociology I doubt I will lol!

oh! you should learn welsh!  Best language ever! It older than english even.  ;D

Gosh I remember being taught the hiroglyphics in year 5 at school! I don't remember anything of it now except a G is a bird or something weird like that! hehe.

That's it: outside of Wales, you've got yourself the secretest language there is. Oh hang on. There's always Basque I guess!

Watch it if you go to Chester. There's an old unremoked law in place there: you can shoot a welshman on-site with your crossbow if he's within the city walls after dark! Ain't Cheshire a lovely place?

I think it just counts for men, but do you REALLY want to risk it?

They've got some really cool fish stores in Manchester if you're ever around that way, btw.

Cool. Never been that far in England I only ever go to Bicester (near Oxford) and back. Maybe one day tho might go there - you never know! But it'd be one long trip in the car! Unless I took the train. ;D

Oh and I don't think i'd risk it! lol

When I was in kindergarten, I decided I wanted to be an elementary teacher. I also picked the college I wanted to go to. Fast forward 13 years...I was at that college, pursuing that major...and I changed my mind. :

I know how to write in Hieroglyphics, a little, we learned how to write like that in geography (7th grade) Which was last year,I'm going into 8th. The other geo teacher taught her kids how to write in cuneiform.

I was wondering what everybody wanted to be when they were little (and if you are still really young, then what you want to become).

For me? Veterinary surgeon, definitely. Am still kind of toying with the idea. Turns out am a logistics IT optimisation consultant. Mmmmh, something went wrong somewhere.

I had always wanted to be an archaeologist. Stones and bones! I love it. Still do; however, growing up I thought that it might be too difficult. Low self esteem back then.
