What crayfish did I see?

When I was at petco today picking up some tetras, I saw a tank that had two crayfish in it. Both were about 3-4 inches in size, no labels on the tank, but one I could tell was a blue 'lobster' the other was about the same size but it was orange and its claws wee very small, same scale as a ghost shrimp in comparison to its body.
I wanted to research up about them and the blue lobster is easy enough as I know what it was. The orange one though, all I can see that looks like the one I saw is the Mexican dwarf, but they only grow to about an inch and a half. It looked just like the dwarf crayfish but bigger.
I want to find out about it because I think they were cool as did my wife, the blue lobster seems a bit aggressive and would deffinatley make a meal out of a fish with those huge pincers.

Procambarus allenI is the blue one, and Procambarus clarkiI is the orange one. P. clarkiI can be found in orange and white colors.

Ok thank you, I don't think they would do well in a community and I would not appreciate them killing my plants.

How well do the Mexican dwarfs do in a community?
I have a 29G that I am in the process of stocking. Would they be okay with my intended list:
1 x Dwarf gourami
8 x X-ray tetra
5 x Zebra or KhulI loaches

Id probably want to throw in like 3 crayfish

They might be OK.....
No crayfish except for dwarf CPOs should be in a community, imo.
Any others would eat your fish.

I was more worried about the fish eating them, especially the loaches.
the big crayfish I understand but the CPO seem like its a lot more vulnerable, I've put ghost shrimp in tank with fish before that didn't last an awful long time, but 40cents a piece its not such a big deal. Correct me if I'm wrong but the CPOs are about 14 bucks a piece, that's an expensive meal for me, nevermind the fish.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I'd think zebra loaches would eat them, but not kuhlis.
