Equilibrium? Is that what you're wanting? It increases GH but not KH or pH.

Do you know generally how much the gh increases?

I do about 20% water change every 5-6 days. Is that enough water changes to freshen up trace minerals or would you recommend maybe doing more???

For every TBSP of Equilibrium, I believe 20 gallons increases by 3 dGH.

Also, I've been *trying* to use the API calcium drops. I've watched all the videos, read the directions countless times, and I can't get it right. I'm doing exactly what they're doing in the videos and it doesn't work for me. Help!!!

Can I ask why you want to raise your hardness but not pH?

Wondershells will raise hardness, but lower pH. They are magic!

I have a mystery snail and I read that the pH should be around 7.5. Hes in my community tank so I have my pH at 7.6 and I don't want to go any higher than that because of him.

The wondershell lowered your pH?? Hmm maybe I'll try it then.. I read a lot of articles saying it raised their pH too much so I was hesitant

I didn't use them, just they are supposed to lower pH and add calcium and magnesium. Well maybe not lower pH, but they should not raise it.
