It is my first time hatching cory catfish eggs (just hatched between 80-100 peppered cory catfish fry yesterday) and I was wondering when can I start feeding them and what can I feed them?

Baby brine shrimp is usually a good go-to for any fry as well as really finely crushed flakes.

When we were raising Cory in our 5 gallon we would usually crumble a couple shrimp pellets or a piece of an algae wafer.

I found Golden Pearls to be a great first fry food for all the fish I bred.
I did not raise cories though.
GP are the most buoyant prepared food and the movement in the water current is what helps spark the fries interest.
Again this may not be best for corries but it settles eventually and is nutritious.
Golden Pearls 50-100 Micron

Yep, golden pearls, Hikari first bites, baby brine shrimp, algae, biofilm, tiny organisms, they aren't picky but it has to be small. even grinding flake or pellets to a powder will work, just saturate right before feeding it so it sinks and doesn't float on top for a while.

if the tank is well established they will graze on algae and biofilm and start rooting around for something to eat as soon as their egg sac is gone and they are ready. then feeding should begin. with 80-100 fry, I don't think you tanks algae or biofilm will support them for very long though if you have any right now. feeding something else will become necessary.

Ok thank you all. Also can I use tiny pieces of frozen bloodworms or not?

too big for a first food. you could probably blend it up into a puree and they'd eat the smallest of it. blood worms aren't all that nutritious either though.
good quality nutrition, good water quality, size up feeding as they grow and give them the space they need as they grow also and they will grow quickly.
